Hello, I've been listening for about a month now and hesitate to call into the show. I'm a 46 y/o mother of 4 (ages 26, 24, 14, & 8). My husband is career military and I'm under a great deal of stress. I am always exhausted and could easily sleep 15 hrs. a day. I was exposed to the chemical that is in a porta-potty and had a terrible UTI. I was given an antibiotic for 10 days in early March and wonder about the far-reaching effects of such chemicals and whether or not they can cause health problems.
Current Prescription meds: singulair, topamax, celexa, & maxalt-when needed for migraines. I'd really like to get off the celexa and the topamax (it is to prevent migraines). I do not 'crave' sweets as you often ask, but I do eat them but not in excess. I watched the full moon time for parasitic action and did not see any. I do have intense skin itch (allergies) especially when the ligustrum(sp?) is in bloom. We live in NW FL. Zyrtec-D (must be D) resolves this itching but I need it almost daily. I have had years of allergy shots, though not for about 5 years now. Also, I had laproscopic gastric bypass 4 years ago (went through a devatasting divorce in 1990 that left me 100# fat! Tried to lose it for years-just stayed depressed-opted for surgery.) so I wonder how/if supplements are actually absorbed. Please advise.Thankyou and God Bless.
The information provided by the primary porta-potty chemical manufacturers claim there are no toxins in their products; however, that does not mean there would not be various types of bacteria in a porta-potty that could create an infection. We believe allergies and some types of migraines can be caused by a fungal overgrowth, so you may find that following the Anti-fungal Diet (See Diets and Cleanses) and the Anti-fungal Rotation Regimen (see Fungus and Anti-fungals - in fact, we suggest reading all of the articles in that category) should be very helpful in your quest to discontinue some of your prescriptions. Vital Proteozymes, which are proteolytic systemic oral enzymes (PSOE's), have been used and clinically tested for more than 50 years in systemically cleansing the body of fibrinogenic debris throughout the body. We also believe using a high-end/high-potency probiotic is important, which is why we so often recommend FloraMax 50 or Vital Flora, which are both 50 billion flora per capsule and come in a value-priced 90 count bottle.
Migraines can also be hormone-related, most commonly between age 45-55 in pre-menopause and most often occur just before or after or even during the menstrual cycle. Pure Essence Transitions and Kokoro Women's Balance Creme have been very helpful for many during this time.
Please bare in mind that you should not begin any regimen without the guidance of your medical doctor, who is familiar with your specific health issues. Never discontinue any medication without your doctor's care and never suddenly stop taking a prescription, as there can be many harmful side-effects from doing so.
