MENOPAUSE ~ WHAT IS IT AND WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT?
Menopause is a normal part of a woman's life during which her menstrual cycle ends. It signals the cessation of eggs being released from the ovaries. Many women (and their spouses) dread this time because they think it means hot flashes, anger and moodiness, misshapen breasts, sagging skin, vaginal dryness, loss of libido and so many other occurences they shudder to mention!
There is absolutely no need for this. When a proper, well-balance diet is consumed and some exercise employed, symptoms should be eliminated or reduced and, under normal circumstances, the couple need no longer worry about pregnancy or periods...how can that be a bad thing? In fact, a new spontaneity can bloom in the relationship, as the kids leave home and spur-of-the moment travel, new hobbies and renewed excitement become part of their daily lives.
For most women going through menopause, they are convinced that there is a drop in estrogen and that taking estrogen replacement will take care of the problem; however, medical science is finding out that it is not so much a lack of estrogen, but rather a lack of progresterone to balance out the existing estrogen that causes all the problems of menopause.
So what do we suggest?
Follow the Anti-fungal Diet (see Diets and Cleanses)
Read the articles under Fungus and Anti-fungals; if any of this describes you, consider the Anti-fungal Rotation Regimen.
Try Kokoro Women's Balance Creme for 2-3 months; if symptoms persist, add in Pure Essence Transitions or Kokoro EstroHerb Creme (Transitions and EstroHerb Creme contain black cohosh which can re-establish periods in some women).
Use oils (Omega-3 Fish Oils, Black Currant Oil, Flax Oil, Borage Oil).
Try Tribulus Fuel for libido (your spouse may need to use Tribest to keep up with you!).
So how long will all of this take? Ordinarily, if this regimen will work for your specific needs, it is important to be diligent for 2-3 months. Obvioiusly, no program is for everyone but we offer this because so many have found results using it; as with everything, please consult with your medical doctor to determine whether or not this is right for your specific needs.
