ANTI-FUNGAL DIET & SUPPLEMENTS RECOMMENDATIONS

"Sugar is without question the number one murderer in the history of humanity." Sakurazawa, Japanese author of 50 books on natural healing – 1964

It has taken more than 40 years for many Americans to realize that sugar is the catalyst for most of the diagnosed diseases and disorders in this country, including Cancer, diabetes, chronic urinary tract infections, heart disease, fibroids, fibrocystic breasts, yeast infections, fungal nails, seborrhea, psoriasis and other skin disorders, many neurological disorders and more. Most importantly, sugar is the food for bacteria, Candida Albicans, a yeast/fungal disorder and parasites. In addition, Americans typically eat alarmingly high amounts of animal fat, iodized salt, grains, starches, alcohol, caffeine, food additives and other toxins.

"Eat God's food, not mankind's food." Avoid processed and "fast" foods, which are commonly racked with chemicals, hydrogenated fats and sugars. Eat only fresh foods such as vegetables (especially raw; avoid peas and corn), low-glycemic fruits (avoid oranges, tangerines, bananas, strawberries, grapes, tomatoes), legumes and whole-grain brown rice (avoid grains/starches including soy, white rice, potatoes, except sweet potatoes), seeds, tree-grown nuts (except peanuts), preferably free-range meats, wild fish (not farm-raised) and dairy, particularly beneficial flora-laden yogurts and kefir without hormones or antibiotics. Eat limited amounts of whole grains and nothing bleached or with gluten. When you look at your lunch or dinner plate, 1/3 of it should have lean meat, 1/3 should have cooked plant food (such as beans, red or sweet potatoes, whole grain brown rice or vegetables) and 1/3 should contain uncooked and unprocessed foods (such as tossed salad or raw vegetables). Avoid leavened (yeast) breads; eat whole grain pita and flour tortillas (no corn) in limited quantities; try sprouted grain tortillas and breads. All fruit should be eaten alone (at least 2 hours) as a snack, except apples, pineapple, papaya. Enhance your meals with super-foods, such as flax oil, greens, cinnamon, garlic, raw apple cider vinegar, onions, freshly pressed carrot juice and fish oils.

Minimize intake of sweets and alcohol, which should be avoided entirely. If you must have sweetened foods, try using raw honey, Stevia or Swerve. Use sea salt (with 72 trace minerals and great taste) instead of iodized salt. Drink at least 8 cups of clean, fresh water daily. Detoxify the body by cleansing it systemically of all toxins (we recommend Ultra Proteo-zimes). Get 30 minutes of exercise daily and 15-20 minutes of sun per day.

SOY: Soy is indigestible, chemically processed in a few hours in the U.S. and causes hormone imbalance. Women with a history of fibroids, fibrocystic breast disease, PMS or other "female" issues should avoid estrogens, including soy products, red clover, black cohosh and other estrogen enhancers. Try progesterone (from wild yam) cream, flax, borage, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, etc. if you have estrogen dominance. Hot flashes: TwinLab Tribulus Fuel or MRM's Tribest. Soy may also conversely effect male reproductive systems and prostate health; currently there are no clinical studies to prove this. Men benefit from using the VitaGanza's Saw Palmetto Pygeum Plus, Bells' EZ Flo Tea, Kokoro Men's Prostate Crème, MRM Prolobium and eating pumpkin seeds.

Recommended Supplements: Vital Nutrients Vital ImmuSol Beta Glucan or NSC-100 dSM Beta Glucan, Vital Proteozymes or Wobenzym (proteolytic systemic oral enzymes should NOT be taken with prescription blood thinners), at least 50-100 billion flora from Probiotics daily (Vital Flora, RenewLife Ultimate FloraCritical Care or FloraMore) and anti-fungals, such as Oil of Oregano, Theramedix CDX, North American Herb & Spice Oregamax (wild-crafted Mediterranean Oregano mixture), NSC Immucleanse andParadise Herb Olive Leaf. Cleanse the liver using Vital WasabiSol SAWA and use a strong oxygenating/energizing supplement, such as Vital CoQSol. Rotate anti-fungals every month for effectiveness!. If accompanied by parasites, we recommend using the RenewLife ParaGone kit or Hanna Kroeger's Wormwood Combination, Rascal & Black Walnut Hull Tincture. To be certain whether or not you have candida, parasites, bacterial overgrowth, viruses and infections, we recommend using the Parasitology Center Specimen Kit, also available at VitaGanza (cost includes lab fees).
