Hi, my son and daughter-in-law were at your store the other day. They asked about something to take for Fibromyalgia. Please let me know the name and the cost via this e-mail. Thank you. Delia

Dear Delia...It would help to know more details of your illness, as fibromyalgia is a progression of disease that may have begun with surgeries under anesthesia, antibiotics, etc. Please provide some background so I can give you a more detailed recommendation. It is also important that you eliminate all sugar, chemical sugar substitutes, processed boxed or frozen foods, wheat, corn, peas, soy, white rice, potatoes and other chemicals and starches that convert to sugar. What are your sleep patterns and how much pain are you in, where is it, etc.? What medications, if any are you currently taking and what treatments, if any, are you undergoing? Thank you...Vicki

Dear Vicki,

You just mentioned everything I love and eat...I am trying to change but it is not easy. The doctors first diagnosed me with sleep apnea. It was so severe they were surprised I was not dead. I have no REM sleep so I am half awake all the time. The doctors and the Internet told me this take a toll on my organs. I am also having symptoms of fatigue, daytime sleepiness, pain all over my body and more. I went to so many doctors and they all said I had Hepatitis C, arthritis, heart problems, etc. but when they went into deep searching (finally testing me instead of stuffing me with pills), I found out I had none of them. Finally, looking on the Internet and talking to other doctors about all the symptoms, they finally diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I started reading up on it and was shocked because it sounded like they were talking about me. My pain ranges from 1-10, 10 not being able to get out of bed or move. My sleep patterns are more routine since I got my CPAP machine but I am still sleep during the day sometimes. The sleepiness is like taking a sleeping pill and forcing yourself to stay awak. I am taking Cymbalta, a waterpill with blood pressure medication and Provagil to keep me awake. I hope you can help me...Delia

Dear Delia...Fibromyalgia is an indication of viral and/or fungal infection and possibly parasites. I recommend using the Parasitilogy Center Specimen Kit (available on our website - just type "specimen kit" into the Quick Search box in the upper left area of the home page) to find out the root cause to determine how to combat the situation. First and foremost, you will need to boost your immune system by using either Vital ImmuSol or NSC-100 Beta Glucans and a good probiotic, such as BioK Plus (original only for this, please) or RenewLife Ultimate FloraCritical Care. If you eat more protein, you will find your cravings for sugars and starches will wane; keep seeds and tree-grown nuts around (no peanuts) for easily grabbed snacks. Also, please drink plenty of water. If you are not already, you should be having at least 2-3 bowel movements per day; the probiotics will help with this if you are not or if the stools are soft. I hope this helps...Vicki
