I heard you talk about some dental problem from fillings, crowns and bridges, something about sealants that cause rashes, itching and other symptoms. I broke out in what looks like pimples all over my body about 2 years after I had some root canals and bridgework and my doctors are treating me with antibiotics but they are not working. You are probably referring to our discussion about NeuroCutaneous Syndrome (NCS), a progressive illness being researched by Dr. Omar Amin at the Parasitology Center in Tempe, AZ. Dr. Amin believes (and his research is rapidly suggesting) that chemicals in certain sealants used in dental work may be the cause of such outbreaks. There may also be fungus, bacterial overgrowth and parasites involved, due to attacks against the immune system for prolonged periods of time.
