Customers with web-based email providers (especially those that are free), such as Hotmail, Yahoo, gmail (and, we presume, others), often have security settings that preclude us from responding unless they put our email address into their Address Book or lower their security settings. Otherwise, our replies are sent to your SPAM folder or are deleted without your ability to read our response.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS, it means we were unable to respond to your email (as outlined above).
As a remedy, we ask that you please include your name and address when emailing so that, if we are unable to reply to you, we can mail our response to you through USPS snail-mail.
