I have Gout; it is very painful and I am looking for something to relieve the pain. What do you recommend? Bob/Tujunga
Dear Bob ~ While there are many remedies for Gout, we most recommend Wobenzym because it is most effective in clearing Uric Acid from the body. Take 10 tablets 3 times per day (they are small) until pain subsides then stay at that level one month. After one month, decrease dosage to 5 tablets 3 times per day for 1-2 weeks, then decrease to 3 tablets 3 times per day for the remainder of the bottle. Then you are done! Of course, each person is different, so your dosages and durations may be a bit different. No one knows your body better than you do, so only you can make that determination. Wobenzym at high dosages for any length of time will be safe and provide benefits, so it's your call. However, Wobenzym should not be used in conjunction with Coumadin, Warfarin, Plavix or other blood thinners/lubricators. Best of Health...John & Vicki
