I am a 56 year old male and noticed I have to visit the bathroom many times during the night and it takes longer to finish relieving myself. Also, I find it embarrassing that I do not have the ejaculation force I had a couple of years ago. I've heard the advertisement for your store on Hugh Hewitt for a couple of years now and decided I should ask what you suggest for a good prostate regimen ~ Dirk/Boulder, CO
Dirk ~ It is possible that you are suffering from BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia), which is a benign, non-cancerous growth in the prostate gland or an inflammation (Prostatitis) with or without an infection. Some symptoms include a frequent need to urinate, causing a need to get up several times each night to void; a weak, often interrupted urinary stream; a full-bladder feeling, as if you can never completely empty your bladder; difficulty initiating a urine stream with involuntary dribbling at the beginning or end; sudden urgency to urinate; burning, painful or throbbing sensation when urinating; loss of libido and sexual potency and even blood in the urine. If you have not seen your family physician or a urologist for a physical examination, we recommend that you do so.
Your doctor will likely conduct a variety of examinations, including a digital rectal exam, a urinary flow rate measurement and a PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) to determine the amount of PSA protein, which is produced in both benign and malignant prostate cells, that is found in the blood. The doctor also may determine whether or not an ultrasound is necessary, based upon test findings. I attached a booklet we put together that contains a lot of information about the Prostate, which you might find interesting.
We recommend using the Flora ProstaKit for 3 months and, for increased urinary flow, try 1-2 boxes of Bell Prostate EZ-Flo Tea. When used consistently and according to manufacturer directions, results are usually excellent. Of course, not every product works well for everyone, so you may wish to discuss the use of supplements with your doctor. We also suggest eliminating sugar (including chemically altered sugar substitutes) and refined foods from your diet. Also, try to refrain from eating or drinking 2-3 hours before bedtime.~ John
