OK, so how do I know if I have parasites (are these worms?), Candida, fungus, yeast or bacteria overgrowth and what do I do about it? - Samuel/Los Angeles, CA
Typically, if you have cravings for sugars, breads, potatoes, grains, alcohol, etc., more so during the full moon than the rest of the month, if you become angry, anxious, depressed, have gas, diarrhea/constipation, cramping and other symptoms that do not occur the rest of the month, you may have parasites. If you experience these cravings all the time, along with an inability to focus, brain-fog, memory lapses, etc., this is a sign of Candida or other fungal issue.
In our opinion, a good way to test for this is to use the Parasitology Specimen Kit, collect stool samples the first and third day of the full moon phase (see attached for more information) and send the specimens by mail to the lab in Tempe, AZ (all information is included in the kit and you may read about it on our website by typing "specimen" into the Quick Search box in the upper lefthand area of the web pages).
In the event that you do have parasites (and nearly everyone with parasites also has a fungal overgrowth), please review the attached schedule for an anti-parasitic/anti-fungal rotation recommendation to combat both parasites and fungus. The key is timing!
