What causes worms to live in our bodies, what are the symptoms and how can I prevent them? ~ Louis/Chicago,IL
Dear Louis ~ Some examples of ways to contract parasites into our bodies are:
- If you eat raw or undercooked meats and fish
- if you walk around bare-footed or in sandals
- if you have pets, particularly dogs (because they take their business outside)
- if your career involves large numbers of people, such as teaching, retail sales, etc.
- if you go to school or have children who go to school, if you do not clean your produce properly
- If you see your dog scooting around the yard on his rear end and you can relate to that, you probably have parasites.
- Traveling to foreign countries (although, this also applies to areas in which you live where there are people from other countries.
Also, since a lot of our produce comes from other countries, such as South and Central America, Mexico and Asia, we recommend, before you ever put away your produce, let it soak 10-15 minutes in a basin of water infused with ¼ c Sea Salt and ¼ c Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to kill parasites and clean residues from the produce.
Symptoms include, particularly during the full moon, anger, anxiety, depression, mood swings, gas and bloating, cravings for sugar, breads, pastries and starchy foods.
We believe the best way to prevent parasites, whether it is worms or yeast/fungus, bacterial overgrowth and viruses, is to keep your immune system strong. These parasites cannot survive in a healthy body and are expelled in a properly functioning gastrointestinal tract. Try NSC100 dSM Beta Glucan, garlic, fish and flax oils, antioxidants, minerals, amino acid complexes and other fine remedies for making your immune system all that it can be.
