DRY SKIN, WRINKLES AND THE LIKE…
People regularly complain about premature wrinkles, dry or rough skin, blotchiness, and discoloration. They spend hundreds, even thousands, of dollars on every skin cream on the planet but nothing works. Why?
Your skin is the largest organ of your body and, like any other organ, it cannot remain pliable, supple, fresh and clean looking without water. If you drink sodas, coffee, iced tea, fruit juices, "sweet-tea," Diet tasty just-sprinkle-it-in-water-shake-to-get-thin fluffy-frou-frou beverages, etc., you will need to drink twice as much water to flush the chemicals, tannins, caffeine and other toxic components that are in those beverages; and yes, they cause premature aging skin and discoloration. Not only that, but if you consume processed foods (fast foods, boxed mixes, freeze-dried or frozen, chemically fortified-non-nutrient-rich meals, etc.), such products destroy the body.
There are no easy fixes. All of the vitamins, minerals, herbs and supplements on the planet will not save humans from their destructive food and beverage choices or overly-indulgent lifestyles. Further, a good, sweaty workout is great for your skin, so exercise is important.
Along with the Anti-fungal Diet (find under DIETS AND CLEANSES), a systemic cleansing detoxification regimen that includes therapeutic amounts of Vital Proteozymes or Wobenzym and Yaeyama Chlorella (which bind to metals and chemicals) can help flush the body - use sufficient water. Also, if the skin is discolored, blotchy or patchy, ImmuSkin may be helpful topically but it is not the complete answer and the systemic cleanse along with proper diet are important if you are to gain success.
Focus on fresh raw or lightly steamed vegetables (corn, peas and potatoes are NOT vegetables; they are starches) and low-glycemic fruits (for now, no oranges, tangerines, bananas, strawberries and grapes), raw tree-grown nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.) and raw seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, etc.) are great sources of protein and use plenty of clean oils (fish, flax, borage, black currant oil, etc.). Add-in sufficient organic animal proteins (beef, chicken, wild fish, nuts/seeds, etc.) but leave the grains (soy, corn, wheat, white rice) and starches (potatoes, peas, etc.) alone!
Explore the possibility that the cause, at least in part, could be fungal or parasitic. Using the Parasitology Specimen Kit could be helpful in determining the root cause, as could performing an Anti-fungal Rotation Regimen (see article under FUNGUS AND ANTI-FUNGALS) or an Anti-Parasitic/Anti-fungal Rotation Regimen (see article under PARASITES AND ANTI-PARASITICS). Exhaust all of your options, adopt a routine and you should see positive change.
Finally, people have been brainwashed into thinking the sun is bad. We think this is absurd! If the sun served no purpose in the preservation of life on this planet, it would not exist. Plants cannot survive without the sun and neither can you. As with anything, the sun only poses a possible health concern when one over-exposes oneself - just like alcohol, chocolate, sugar, carbs or anything else! Walking, sitting or lying in the sun for 15-20 minutes early in the day is perfect for better skin, better disposition, and better overall health.
