The CDC released several emails today (July 29, 2009) concerning the availability of the H1N1 vaccine and, with the concern that there will not be enough vaccine to go around, who will receive the vaccines first. These include pregnant women, those with diabetes and asthma, school-age children, then elderly. They consider the possibility that those over 50 have some immunity against the H1N1 flu. Please see the attached latest information from the CDC concerning the availability and distibution for the H1N1 vaccine in America.
Meanwhile, if you wish to have the vaccine but are not among those who will receive it first, we encourage you to enhance your immune system naturally through supplements and diet:
1. Eliminate sugars, processed grains (flour, soy of any type, corn, white rice, etc.), starches (potatoes, peas, breads, etc.), alcohol of any type, chemical sugar sweeteners, processed foods, fruit juices, oranges, tangerines, grapes and any other high-glycemic fruits, as these sugars (and foods that convert to sugars) feed viruses (as well as yeast, fungus, parasites and harmful bacteria)
2. Get plenty of exercise (low impact aerobics, swimming, walking) for at least 20 minutes per day.
3. Get some sun (15-20 minutes of sunshine everyday aids with Vitamin D processing, which strengthens the entire body)
4. Wash your hands often and avoid shaking hands, hugging, kissing people whom you do not know or who may be infected with the virus. The CDC says school children and school staff, health workers and ill patients are the most likely to contract and spread the H1N1 virus. Do not share glasses of beverages or food.
5. Take immune system enhancers to fight off the replication of viruses, such as Vital ImmuSol or NSC-100 (at least 2 at bedtime) and probiotics, such as FloraMax50 (at least 3 at bedtime)
6. Use natural anti-virals, such as Red Marine Algae, Oil of Oregano (liquid or softgels), Oregamax, Viroid Powder, Sovereign Silver, Oscillococcinum and Vyren (also see the Anti-viral Rotation Regimen under Viruses and Anti-virals in the KnowledgeBase)
7. Those exposed daily to crowds of people may benefit from using Vital Proteozymes, Wobenzym or Ultra Proteozymes the cleanse the body systemically and to break the cell wall of toxic micro-organisms.
8. Beginning in fall 2009 through late winter/early spring 2010, avoid crowds as much as possible.
